采石废弃地生境营建与风景游憩协同技术路径与应用示范获得2023中国风景园林学会科学技术科技进步奖一等奖

2024.01.30今天,随着中国城市化发展,许多原来城市外围的废弃采石场已经位于城市规划建设区,并在规划中被设为公园绿地。此类废弃采石场的景观修复必须采用更为生态的、符合自然规律和景观美学的修复技术。项目团队立足采石废弃地生境营建与风景游憩2大关键目标的协同,通过研究地区生态系统的组成和演替规律,建立包含基于“生态安全格局”与“全域风景体系”的规划定位技术、基于多元数字分析与决策的景观设计技术以及面向关键问题的工程实施技术3个方面的综合性技术体系。
本技术方案在南宁园博会采石场花园区、南京园博园未来花园景区、驻马店秀山景区等规划设计项目中到应用。其中,南宁园博会采石场花园区和南京园博园未来花园景区已经建成,成为园博会的重要景点,获得了良好的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。
In the context of China’s rapid urbanization, many abandoned quarries on the outskirts of cities have been repurposed within urban planning and construction zones. These former quarries have been transformed into parks and green spaces as part of the overall planning strategy. The restoration of these abandoned quarries necessitates the application of ecologically sound techniques that align with both natural laws and aesthetic considerations. To achieve this, the project team has developed a comprehensive technical framework. This framework includes ecological security patterns and a global landscape system for planning and positioning, as well as landscape design techniques based on multivariate digital analysis and decision-making. Additionally, the team addresses key implementation challenges by studying the composition and succession patterns of regional ecosystems.
This technical solution has been applied in planning and design projects such as the Quarry Gardens in Nanning Garden Expo Park, the Future Garden in Nanjing Garden Expo Park, and the Xiushan Scenic Area in Zhumadian. Among these, the Quarry Gardens in Nanning and the Future Garden Area in Nanjing have already been completed and have become significant attractions at the garden expos as well as achieved positive ecological, social, and economic benefits. -

2024.01.30江苏园博园“未来花园”原址为南京孔山矿采石坑。设计在满足建筑复杂功能的同时,针对采石场不同部分的地质条件和景观特征,采取了不同干预程度的修复方式,创造新景观的同时保留了场地历史的记忆。此基础上,系统梳理南京地区地带性优质乡土植物与同气候带新优品种资源,结合立地条件营建多样的主题花园,创造了丰富的景观植物群落。未来花园的景观与建筑有机融合,保留采石场特征的同时展示了3大类生境区12个主题的820多种植物,展现了生态修复的可能性和植物多样性,为公众自然教育提供了机会。
Jiangsu Garden Expo Garden "Future Garden" was originally located in Nanjing Kongshan Mine quarry. While meeting the complex functions of the building, the design adopts restoration methods with different intervention levels according to the geological conditions and landscape characteristics of different parts of the quarry, creating a new landscape while retaining the memory of the site's history. On this basis, we systematically sorted out the zonal high-quality native plants and the new excellent variety resources of the same climatic zone in Nanjing area, combined with the site conditions to build a variety of theme gardens, and create a rich landscape plant community. The landscape and architecture of the future garden are organically integrated, retaining the characteristics of the quarry while displaying more than 820 species of plants in 12 themes in 3 major habitat areas, demonstrating the possibility of ecological restoration and plant diversity, and providing opportunities for public nature education.

2024.01.12通过事件性的大型设计机会来修复生态,是近年来中国一枝独秀的园博会采用的积极的策略。项目通过考虑采石场不同部分的地质条件和景观特征,采取了不干预、半修复和全修复等不同的方式,并利用采石场废弃石块作为景观营建的材料,创造新景观的同时保留了场地历史的记忆。将原本消极荒芜的矿坑转变为充满活力的功能复合的旅游度假综合体,创造了极高的生态、经济和社会价值。它将人类曾经破坏的自然重新修复,创造出人与自然和谐共存的未来场景。项目的创新度和完成度非常高。
Restoring ecology through event-based large-scale design opportunities has been an active strategy adopted by China's leading Expo in recent years. By considering the geological conditions and landscape characteristics of different parts of the quarry, the project adopts different methods such as non-intervention, semi-restoration and full restoration, and uses the discarded stone of the quarry as the landscape construction material, creating a new landscape while retaining the memory of the site's history. The original negative and barren mine is transformed into a vibrant functional complex of tourism and vacation, creating a high ecological, economic and social value. It will restore the nature once destroyed by human beings and create a future scene of harmonious coexistence between human and nature.

2023.11.17我们以改善民生为目标,引入健康社区的概念,在社区内更新了2.14公顷的公共空间,包括道路空间、社区入口和7个建筑之间的花园。该项目整合了多种功能,以此重建一个健康和充满活力的蓟门里社区。
With the goal of improving people's livelihood, we introduced the concept of healthy community and renewed 2.14ha of public space in the community, including road space, community entrances, and 7 gardens between buildings. The project incorporated multiplel functions to recreate a healthy and vibrant Jimenli community. -

2023.11.17桃花园占地面积约6公顷,整体呈现西北山体环绕,中间有一条小河流过。总体设计的主旨之一便是延山引水,结合植被等要素形成桃花园的独立空间,游人行走周边只见山林而不知园内风景,营造山中“世外桃源”之境。
Peach garden covers an area of about 6 hectares, the whole presents the northwest mountains surrounded by a river flow in the middle of the trend. One of the main themes of the overall design is to divert water from the mountains, combine vegetation and other elements to form an independent space of the peach garden. Visitors walk around only the mountains and do not know the scenery in the garden, creating a "paradise" in the mountains. -

A negative and barren brownfield / mine located on the outskirts of Nanjing city was restored by holding a garden expo. According to the geological conditions and landscape characteristics of different parts of the quarry, different restoration methods were adopted to create new landscapes while retaining the memory of the site history.
