广阳湾项目将在位于四川西部丘陵和三峡库区上游的中国重庆建设一座智创生态城。该项目占地 105 平方公里,最终将容纳 32 万人。
The Guangyangwan project will build a smart eco-city in Chongqing, China, located in the hills of western Sichuan and the upper reaches of the Three Gorges reservoir. The 105 k㎡ area will eventually house 320,000 people.
规划形成“一心、两屏、三廊、六楔”的生态网络空间。其中牛头山为活力心;铜锣山、明月山为绿屏;布局有3条宽30-300米的城市绿廊;5条宽度大于150米的水系廊道与1条高压线廊道;塑造骨干绿道与毛细绿网,实现300米入公园、1公里入山林的目标。
It is planned to form an ecological network space with "one center, two screens, three corridors and six wedges". Among them, Niutoushan is the vital heart; Mingyue Mountain as the two green screens. Three urban green corridors are between 30-300 meters wide, five water corridors are over 150 meters wide, and one high-voltage line corridor; the greenway back-bone and the green capillary networks are shaped to achieve the goal of 300 meters into the park and 1 kilometer into the mountain forest.
由于生态系统相对复杂和脆弱,不仅需要保护,更需要发展和建设良好的生态环境。规划将延续重庆山水格局,以生态修复、低碳减排、环境保护为重点,实现可持续发展,建设2.72千平方米的生态栖息地、25公里的滨水岸线、260多公里的生态休闲绿道。到 2025 年,广阳湾生态城将形成绿色低碳循环经济发展体系,到 2035 年,碳中和水平将不断提高。
Due to the relative complexity and fragility of the ecosystem, there is a great demand to not only protect but also to develop and construct a good ecological environment. The plan will continue Chongqing's landscape pattern and focus on ecological restoration, low-carbon reduction, and environmental protection to achieve sustainable development, with 2.72 k㎡ of ecological habitat, 25 kilometers of waterfront, and more than 260 kilometers of an ecological leisure greenway. Guangyangwan eco-city will form a green low-carbon-cycle economic development system by 2025, and carbon neutrality will continue to improve by 2035.

Guangyangwan will be form to a poetic landscape for "Bayu version of a modern Fuchun Mountain Dwelling “with characteristic living spaces shaped by the mountains' shapes and elevation, the river view, and the freedom to roam in the green environment.

Objectives& Strategy
规划以绿色发展为目标,以科技创新为手段,从以下三方面展开工作(1)评估生态本底,划定生态保护留白区,作为城市建设的“缓冲区”和城市功能完善的“调节池”。(2)精准实施对策,构建连贯韧性的蓝绿生态网络,合理布局城市功能,实现生态与城市系统服务价值尽大化。(3)诗意风景营城,凸显中国传统山水特征,构建生动未来场景。
With green development as its goal, and scientific and technological innovation as the means, the following three aspects of the plan will be carried out: (1) the ecological background will be assessed and the ecological protection "white zone" will be delineated as a "buffer zone" for urban construction and a” reserved regulating space" for the improvement of urban functions: (2) Countermeasures will be precisely implemented to build a coherent and resilient blue-green ecological network and a rational layout of the urban functions, to achieve the greatest possible value of the ecological and urban system services; (3) A poetic landscape of a building city will be created, by highlighting the features of the traditional Chinese landscape and building vivid future scenes.
通过GIS生态背景分析,景观格局与生态网络的叠加、构建与分析,形成包括重要生态源头和廊道在内的整个绿色生态网络空间。
通过修复山体伤口、开垦土地、改良贫瘠土壤、建设植物群落、保护优质板块等生态措施,延续山体自然文脉,保护山体等级。
This will be done by repairing the mountain wounds, reclaiming the land, improving the barren soil, building plant communities, protecting high-quality plates and other ecological measures, continuing the natural mountain context, and protecting mountain grading.
The natural hydrological conditions will be respected b constructing a sponge system, hierarchical habitat management, and coastal ecological security, by optimizing the ecological water vein, the formation of rivers, as well as wetland-pond ecological water systems.
Rivers and green spaces will be relied upon to form a blue-green network; urban ventilation corridors, blue ecological water corridors, and green ecological corridors will be constructed to establish a sustainable elastic ecological service system.
An urban ecological 'steppingstone' and coherent greenway slow system will be constructed, and the wise planning of a plant landscape style in different regions will be undertaken, to adapt to the trees and local conditions and to further suit the ecological matrix of the area and to improve the urban ecological network.
Starting with the application of smart ecological and environmental protection, smart energy management, smart green transportation and other scenarios, we want to be able to sustainably promote ecological conservation and low-carbon actions in our productive lives.
